By accessing or placing an order on daime.online (“Daime”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Daime is owned and operated by Kamlesh Kumar, Proprietor. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website.
2. Products & pricing
We try to display product colours, fabric and sizing information as accurately as possible, but slight variation can occur between screens and the finished garment. Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without prior notice; the price charged is the price shown at the time your order is placed.
3. Orders & payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept once payment is confirmed and the order is processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability — in which case a full refund will be issued for that order.
4. Shipping & delivery
Daime ships worldwide. Estimated delivery times, shipping charges and any applicable import duties are shown at checkout before you pay. See our Return & Refund Policy for what happens after your order is delivered.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge only before they have been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it is covered by our Return & Refund Policy rather than a cancellation.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the Daime name, logo, product photography, and written content — is the property of Daime and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Limitation of liability
Daime is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or its products, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
